TRUST AND OBEY - breaking the jinx of unbelief

When in Matthew 18:3, Jesus said you cannot enter into the Kingdom of God except you become like little children, many got confusingly depressed and began to look at Jesus as a strange man who acted strange, spoke strange words and worst of all, had strange thoughts. However, advancements in knowledge and day-to-day experiences has brought to the fore those ‘strange’ words of Jesus again as the periliousity of our times dawn more clearly on us.
You must have heard this words –

We find ourselves in peculiar times. These times are so because the founding fathers of Christianity, I don’t think would have imagined or projected the kind of times we currently find ourselves. No one would have imagined that a time would come when we would have suicide bombers, people who have devoted themselves to a cause when if it costs their lives. The only person who saw an aeroplane in the Bible – albeit by revelation – called it a big bird. Who would have thought that a time would come when two friends in different extremes of the world would communicate via cell phones and the internet and it would look like they were face to face – it is called video technology. What a world we find ourselves.

In these day and time when there are a lot of mysteries going on and a lot of heresies flying around the place, the need arises for the Christian to go back to the bible and get a good knowledge of the foundations upon which the church was built. This is because we today live in a time when so many basic ingredients of our faith are scoffed upon as being ‘fake’, without substance and null and void.
